Although contracts are intended to clearly set out the obligations and rights of each party, disputes often arise when negotiating terms of a contract or when a party has breached the contract. Mr. Johnson is highly qualified to resolve any dispute dealing with contracts. Estate Law and Litigation

Appellate Law
